I believe that people are key to organisational success. Yet human factors are often neglected by many organisations and sacrificed in favour of processes and systems.
I focus on personality, and the tensions that arise between identity (the way we see ourselves) and reputation (the way others see us). I believe that reputation is crucial in the workplace and is one of the best indicators of job performance.
Using a range of assessments and techniques, I support individuals in bridging the gap between their identity and their reputation - enhancing strategic self-awareness.
My goals are to coach, train and inspire; to help leaders succeed, to help organisations thrive and to ensure that employees at all levels are engaged and fulfilled in their jobs.
