I use a variety of assessments and techniques to deliver excellent results to my clients, results that are value for money and guarantee return on investment.

These assessments are, I believe, the best that science can offer and include personality measures, aptitude tests and leadership 360 assessment tools.

The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI): this measures the "bright side of personality", what we see when people are their best. It has a 25-year history of successfully predicting employee performance and helping companies reduce turnover, absenteeism, shrinkage, and poor customer service.

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS): this measure identifies tendencies that are often referred to as the "dark side of the personality". When challenged or compromised, most people will display certain counterproductive tendencies or risk factors. Under normal circumstances these characteristics may actually be strengths. However, when an individual is tired, pressured, bored or otherwise distracted, these risk factors may impede effectiveness and erode the quality of relationships with customers and colleagues.

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI): this measures the “inside” of personality. It reveals a person’s core values, goals and interests, determining the kind of environment in which the person will perform best. This inventory can also help diagnose areas of compatibility and conflict among team members as people like others who share their values and prefer to work in jobs that support them.

The Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI): this measure evaluates a person's ability to solve problems and make business-related decisions using textual, graphic, and quantitative data. It is the first measure of cognitive ability to be based on evolutionary psychology and designed exclusively to predict real-world performance. The inventory has been developed using cutting-edge psychometric methods.

The Leadership Versatility Index ® (LVI): this 360 assessment measures the interpersonal side of leadership with the opposing forceful and enabling dimensions. It also assesses the business side with the opposing strategic and operational dimensions. Most 360 instruments do not directly measure overdoing; their rating scales are only designed to pick up deficiencies. The innovative LVI rating scale captures both "underdoing it" and "overdoing it", as well as effective performance.
