I believe that people are key to organisational success. Yet human factors are often neglected by many organisations and sacrificed in favour of processes and systems.

My work is strongly influenced by Dr Robert and Joyce Hogan, founders of Hogan Assessment Systems. Following on their research, my services focus on personality and the tensions that arise between identity (the way we see ourselves) and reputation (the way others see us). I too believe that reputation is crucial in the workplace and is one of the best indicators of job performance.

Using a range of assessments and techniques, I support individuals in bridging the gap between their identity and their reputation - enhancing strategic self-awareness.

My goals are to coach, train and inspire; to help leaders succeed, to help organisations thrive and to ensure that employees at all levels are engaged and fulfilled in their jobs.
